KeepDriving ELD produces ELD records and supports their transfer through two telematics methods: Wireless Web services and Email. To transfer records, open the "DOT Inspection" menu item and press "Transfer Logs". Select the desired Data Transfer Type: Web services: Select "Web Service", then press "Confirm" to submit the records. Email: Select "Email", then press "Confirm" to submit the records.Certification Statement
KeepDriving ELD checks its compliance with technical requirements and maintains records of detected malfunctions and data diagnostic events, including data inconsistencies. Required events are identified using the following standard codes. Compliance malfunction codes: P - Power compliance malfunction E - Engine synchronization compliance malfunction T - Timing compliance malfunction L - Positioning compliance malfunction R - Data recording compliance malfunction S - Data transfer compliance malfunction O - Other ELD-detected malfunction Data diagnostic event codes: 1 - Power data diagnostic event 2 - Engine synchronization data diagnostic event 3 - Missing required data elements data diagnostic event 4 - Data transfer data diagnostic event 5 - Unidentified driving records data diagnostic event 6 - Other ELD-identified diagnostic event For the period covered by a generated file, the KeepDriving ELD Malfunction and Diagnostic Event Records list every malfunction that occurred on the device. Active malfunctions are indicated to all drivers who may use KeepDriving ELD.
